Inter-Library Loan

If we don’t have a title that you are looking for, we might be able to track it down for you through Interlibrary Loan. We provide interlibrary loan services to all Huntington residents. This differs from the Homecard services in that the book will come to the Huntington Library, where you can pick it up. Please note that we request patrons adhere tightly to due dates and renewal restrictions for all books obtained through ILL.

Book Delivery

We will deliver library materials to your home if you are unable to come to the library for health reasons or because you are unable to drive. Contact our Librarians at 802-434-4583 or email if you would like more information about the library’s outreach services or would like to make a specific request.

Books to Go!

Started during COVID lock-downs in 2020, Books to Go has been a popular option. Call or email the library requesting the specific books you would like. We will pull them during our open hours and check them out to you. You will find the books on the table on the back porch…Look for a bag with your name on it. Please allow at least four hours during any of our open times for us to complete your request.
