Friends of Huntington Public Library’s mission is to support the Library’s special programs and purchases through fundraising and advocacy.

Thank you! Yoga on the, a benefit for the Hillside Friends of HPL, took place on June 1 and was a resounding success! The weather was as perfect as we could have hoped for.
Thank you to everyone who attended!Thank you to all those who supported the event: Jubilee Farm and Pleasant Mount Farm for generously donating gift certificates for a raffle, Evergreen Erb who provided sweet harp accompaniment, and the hosts for providing a the amazing view of Camel’s Hump!
And most importantly, a huge thank you to Kerry Walker for guiding a lovely yoga practice!
As always, thank you to everyone who supports the Friends’ events. Every donation goes to sustain and grow programs at our Library!
The Annual Appeal is the group’s most important fundraiser. Your donation, along with your neighbors’, will help the Friends support children’s programs such as Summer Reading and the upcoming Baby Brunch for Huntington newest members. Donations from the Annual Appeal will help purchase the Red Clover picture books for young picture books and the Vermont Golden Dome books for middle readers. Along with the children’s programs, your gift will support events for adults such as visiting authors.
